Do you know that journaling is credited with achieving amazing results such as stress reduction, personal growth, healing, self-awareness, and problem solving?

I think that is simply awesome. I’m sure you agree.

 

 

Even more exciting is that
people of any age can

benefit from journal keeping!

Let me ask you this:

  • Are you journaling on a consistent basis, and by consistent I mean 3 – 5 times a week?
  • Are your kids?
If you answered yes, then congratulations! If not, I ask you to commit to spending just 15 minutes once in the next week to journal writing.

All you have to do is grab a pen and a notebook (or a sheet of paper) and write, write, write from your heart. If you need some help getting started simply use one of these journal starters:

  • Today I…
  • I feel…
  • I am grateful for…
  • What challenged me today was…
  • Three things I learned about myself today…
Oh, and here is a wonderful list of journal prompts especially for kids.  (You may find a few on the list that you can use, too!)
