Joys of Journaling #2 | Exciting Journal Keeping Techniques
Journaling Joys From the desk of Jill Schoenberg—
In order to keep journal keeping fresh and exciting you have to mix it up a bit. So today I want to share with you some of my favorite journaling techniques.
Journaling Techniques
In my journal, I sometimes use free writing, while other times I write about a specific topic from my day. And, even though I do not consider myself an artist, I’ve been known to draw pictures in my journal and sometimes I surprise myself with some great stuff!
But one of my very favorite journaling techniques is to copy quotes or inspirational pictures from a website and paste them in to my journal. When I do this I usually add my own musings, although sometimes I don’t.
The key to keeping your journaling fresh and exciting:
Express Yourself in YOUR Journal in a Way that Feels Joyful and Right to YOU.
When you take this approach your journal writing and journaling ideas flow abundantly and freely.
Until next time… journal on!
Sincerely,
Jill
